Terms of service

These terms apply to barbershops using coupehub. coupehub is offered by coupehub (‘we’). By ‘you’ we mean the shop that creates an account.
The service
coupehub is software for barbershops: online booking, an agenda, customer records and WhatsApp reminders. We keep improving coupehub, so features can change.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for what you and your barbers do with it. Keep sign-in details secret and tell us if you think someone else has access.
Trial and price
You can try coupehub free for 7 days, without payment details. After that, coupehub costs €30 per location per month, excl. VAT. Each location includes 500 WhatsApp reminders per month; above that you pay €0.06 per reminder, excl. VAT.
Paying
You pay monthly in advance, by iDEAL or direct debit. Reminders above 500 are billed afterwards. If a payment fails, you first get time to pay. If that doesn't work, we pause your account: customers can't book online, but your existing appointments stay visible. As soon as you pay, everything works again.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription every month. It then runs until the end of the month you have already paid for; we don't refund a month in progress.
Your data and your customers' data
Your customers' data is yours. We process it only on your behalf, under the data processing agreement you accept when you create your account. You make sure you have a valid basis to contact your customers, such as their consent to WhatsApp reminders.
What's not allowed
You use coupehub only for appointments at your own shop. Reminders are only about appointments: sending advertising through coupehub is not allowed. If you misuse coupehub, we may block your account.
Availability
We do our best to keep coupehub available at all times, but can't guarantee it will never have an outage. We plan maintenance outside opening hours as much as we can.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost income. This does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence on our part.
Changes
We may change these terms and our prices. We tell you about important changes at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and the use of coupehub.
